How beautiful Redditch is in the spring. Reds, yellows, greens, whites - and that's just on the roads!
Whoever thought painting white lines on the Sainsbury's island would actually improve things? In fact, it was fine before they were there!
Is this person insulting the intelligence of the motorists of Redditch by suggesting that we cannot actually traverse our own way around a traffic island in the direction we require?
If they actually thought this would improve traffic flow, I would love to see the computer simulation, plans or crayon drawing that shows this!
The amendment to this island has meant that instead of queuing with about a dozen other cars, I now have to queue behind over a hundred cars.
The queue stretches all the way back to the Alvechurch Bypass Island, adding an extra 10 minutes to my journey.
However these plans were authorised and paid for using our council tax money is beyond me.
They obviously have too big a budget that they can go about wasting money on so-called road improvements.
As the saying goes 'If it's not broke, don't fix it!'
