AFTER our collection on Tuesday, we found the binmen had left our dustbin with a sticker on saying that if the lid is up they are refusing to empty the bin.
The bin lid was up one inch.
No doubt the council is receiving a flood of complaints with regard to this policy.
It must be remembered that the council is here to serve the people of Redditch, which they pay for in their hyped-up council tax.
If this is the way they are being treated then the councillors need to be removed and this will be judged on polling day.
