THE English Symphony Orchestra performs A Night at the Opera at Birmingham's Symphony Hall on Thursday.
Conducted by Musical Director William Boughton, the orchestra will be joined by soprano Rebecca Caine, tenor Jeffrey Stewart, and baritone Mark Holland together with Saint Michael's Singers.
The programme includes favourite arias and choruses from Die Fledermaus, Carmen, La Boheme, Aida, The Barber of Seville and The Marriage of Figaro.
Canadian-born Rebecca Caine has sung title roles with the Scottish Opera and English National Opera, while Jeffrey Stewart has sung many operatic roles for Royal Opera House in Covent Garden and has appeared in Vienna, Budapest, Paris, Rome and New York.
Mark Holland is one of Britain's most distinguished baritones and has performed a wide range of roles with leading opera houses such as English National Opera and Royal Opera House, Covent Garden.
