THE recent spell of sunny spring weather has turned many minds to thoughts of the countryside.
And now, with a new booklet from Worcestershire County Council, choosing a walk is as easy as a stroll in the park.
The Countryside Walks and Events Programme includes bluebell walks, nature reserve open days and is full of fun and interesting things to do.
It has been produced by the council in conjunction with The Worcestershire Wildlife Trust, Redditch Borough Council and Worcester City Council.
The programme is available from libraries, tourist information centres, public attractions, reception at County Hall and countryside centres such as Worcester Woods and Waseley Hills.
