RUNNERS, joggers and walkers are being urged to take part in the 15th anniversary fun run in aid of the Leukaemia Research Fund.
There are roughly ten weeks of training left until the run on Sunday, June 15, at Bromsgrove Rugby Club, Finstall Road, and places are filling up.
The run falls on Father's Day and what better way to make your little ones proud than by running for a charity.
There are two runs taking place: a gentle 5km run winding its way around Tardebigge and the canal towpath and a more strenuous 10km run around Tardebigge reservoir.
Last year's fun run raised £5,000 but organiser Nicole Harris wants to make this year's event even bigger and better. There will be a tombola, cakes and a barbecue after the run.
All participants in the run will receive 15th anniversary commemorative mugs.
Entry forms are available from the Advertiser/Messenger reception, Baylis furniture shop, Halfords or phone Nicole Harris on 01527 878493.
