A town teenager got into the groove when he won two top dance awards at a national competition.
Stephen Corbett, of Aston Fields, who dances with the Bromsgrove School of Dance, won the awards when he competed at the UK Championships Dance Competition, which was held at the Kings Hall, Stoke-on-Trent on Sunday, March 23.
The South Bromsgrove High School pupil and his dance partner, Nicole Deakin, who is 15-years-old, won the national titles in the U-16 championship pairs.
Fifteen-year-old Stephen also came first in the U-16 street dance championship and is hoping to go back next year to defend his title.
Stephen's mum Paula Corbett said: "I'm extremely proud of him. I'm over-the-moon. It hasn't really sunk in yet."
