ART, music and admin blocks at Alcester High School have all been planned to be extended in new proposals drawn up by Warwickshire County Council.
The council has proposed a variety of changes and extensions to the Gerard Road school which will go to a Stratford Council planning meeting for approval on April 29.
Plans include getting rid of all 10 temporary classrooms, extending the art, music and administration blocks as well as the main hall, changing rooms and a new performing arts room. There will also be provision for more much-needed car parking.
The plans come just weeks after the school was granted a major £1 million cash boost to replace all temporary classrooms with permanent accommodation and enhance technology facilities.
The county council said a full consultation process was now under way with residents who live close to the school to make sure they were happy with the plans and how the council could help reduce the amount of disturbance to residents.
