HASELOR Junior and Infant School is pleading with Alcestrians to help out with a major cash shortfall.
The school, which is in the middle of building its first hall, has predicted a £20,000 shortfall to complete interior decorating after the £300,000 building work is complete.
Friends of Haselor School have now planned an auction to raise the much-needed cash.
The group had planned to hold the auction last week but after a poor response they have put the auction off until May.
School children past and present have had to cope without a school hall since it was built.
Anyone who can help with the auction should call Miss Smith on 731865 or send an email to her at samanthajane@humpty1570. freeserve.co.uk
