SAM Rogers scored the all-important goal as Kidderminster Harriers Ladies won the West Midlands League Division One title with two games left to play.
Rogers scored to ensure victory over their nearest challengers Headless Cross in Redditch on Sunday.
Both teams had chances to score in a goal-less first half and only a superb clearance from Emma Jones denied Cross on 24 minutes.
Harriers retaliated with Amy Dunnett's bullet 10-yard header saved by the keeper 10 minutes later.
But the visitors dominated the second half and got the vital strike on 68 minutes with the help of top scorer Julie Freeman.
She broke free down the right-hand side and the keeper could only palm her low shot across the goal for Rogers to drive in from six yards.
Paula Brabbing hit the upright with a 25-yarder on 71 minutes and then Freeman also struck the woodwork with her 20-yard lob bouncing up and hitting the underside of the bar.
Cross pushed for an equaliser in the late stages but Harriers held firm for all three points and the title.
Fixture, Sunday: Harriers Ladies v Hereford (2pm).
Squad: Baldwin, Stokes, Jones, Rogers, Freeman, Brabbing, Hyde, Roberts, Bowdler, Evans, Pollard, Haswell, Thorpe, Dunnett.
