STUDLEY were within a minute of taking an impressive scalp last night as league leaders Storubridge scrambled a late 2-2 draw.
Darren Shaw broke Studley hearts in the 89th minute.
Young keeper Danny Lewis thought he had done enough to earn Studley a win when he saved a Jordan Lee penalty ten minutes from time.
Lee had put the visitors ahead after 31 minutes but goals from Mark Crisp, two minutes before the break, and Pete Sutton, in the 67th minute had put the hosts ahead.
The result saw Studley slip to seventh, a point behind Willenhall with a game in hand.
