This animal charity is appealing for people to help with storage of items, to allow more cats to be rescued and re-homed.
There is currently an acute lack of storage facilities, for jumble and other donated goods between fund-raising events. Also supplies such as cat food, litter and carrying baskets have to be stored.
Much is kept at members' homes, in garages or spare rooms and the branch van is full most of the time.
This means the van cannot be used for the purpose it was bought for - to collect and transport needy cats.
If anyone has a spare garage, shed or workshop which they would be prepared to use for storage of items - ideally somewhere as big as a double garage (or larger) where everything could be stored in one place.
Anyone able to help is asked to telephone 07092 301745, write to PO Box 33467, Kidderminster, DY10 2ZT, or e-mail rob@stourbridgecats.org.uk.
