THE Ludlow Hunt point-to-point at Bitterley tomorrow is the focus for this weekend's local racing action and a competitive eight-race card is planned with a 1pm start.
Feature race on the card is the Men's Open, which is a qualifier for the Land Rover final, and 38 entries have been re-ceived.
These include the im-proving Young Lorcan, Sparkling Spring from the yard of reigning cham-pion jockey Evan Willi-ams as well as the progressive Ashgreen from the Kings Caple yard of Stan Turner.
Young Lorcan also holds an entry in the Ladies Open which has an entry of 37, although owner Nick Shutts may rely upon Cadougold to carry his colours.
Other possible runners include Claras Pride, Mounthenry Star, Upton Adventure and Gill'mar.
