ARDEN Sailing Club held its second race of the Pursuit Series in a steady but cold easterly force two.
Nial Campbell and his superb crew, Jane Smee, were handicapped for winning the first race in the series but this did not stop Nial from sailing his Enterprise right through the fleet to yet another first place.
Taking second was the club's senior instructor and secretary Alan Salerman. In third was Stuart Stephen with his daughter Caroline as crew making it a clean sweep for the Enterprise fleet.
The second race of the day was in the Strensham series, race officer Ralph Evans deciding on the long course laying the mark within sight of the weir. Nial and Jane stole the race from Alan, proving his skill by consistently coming second with a wide variety of crews.
After racing the members had a brief discussion about club boats for the Taster Day on Sunday (April 13) when they hope to meet plenty of prospective sailors and trainees.
