MEMBERS OF Malvern Hills Gymnastic Competition Club took part in the National Development Plan Grade 6, 5 and 4.
Achievements were: Grade 6 - Charlotte Lechmere (distinction), Sophie Loader (distinction), April Roe (distinction), Cheralynn Roe (distinction). Grade 5 - Suzanne Green (distinction), Adele Hodges, Lauren Lloyd, Rosa Pearce, Jordan Purslow (distinction). Grade 4, the hardest of the three, Emily Coleman, Amelia Davis, Toni Dyson, Emily Lewis, Hayley Smith.
The gymnasts had to compete on five pieces, vault, bars, beam and floor, plus range and conditioning.
All gymnasts worked hard and achieved good scores and head coach Brian Barson was pleased with their results.
The club is holding an open day tomorrow (Saturday) at 2pm. This is a chance for all to see the talented gymnasts in action.
