MANAGER Jan Molby is to have talks with Kidderminster Harriers millionaire chairman Lionel Newton about how much money will be made available for new players.
Aggborough officials are drawing up plans for their Football League debut now that they need just one point from their last four Nationwide Conference matches to guarantee promotion.
Kidderminster's Chief Executive Neil Morris said: "Lionel and Jan will be discussing a budget at the end of the season.
"Obviously, it's a bit premature to talk about what that will be now, but there will be a budget available for Jan to re-build the team for the Third Division."
Morris also revealed that plans were already underway for the club to become full-time.
He said: "Jan has said that if we get into the Football League he will want the players to go full-time. When people have asked him what the difference is between the Swansea side he used to manage compared to Harriers he said the fitness level and not necessarily the standard of football."
Morris also said the club are hoping to acquire new training facilities.
"One of the things that we will have to do is to find the club a full-time training pitch because clearly we can't train at Aggborough five days a week. We have asked Wyre Forest District Council for help and they are seeing if they can come up with some suggestions."
Morris said Harriers would be budgeting for an average crowd of 3,500 next season.
"We would hope we will achieve that because of the new impetus of being in the Third Division and the fact that there will be more travelling away fans coming to visit Aggborough."
Morris also assured fans that Aggborough will be up to scratch. The club has already met the deadline for their ground plans to be submitted for the May meeting of Wyre Forest District Council.
They include a larger control room for police and stewards, toilet facilities in the Bill Greaves Stand, two new turnstiles behind the North Stand and for CCTV installation.
