KIDDERMINSTER Harriers will be bidding to step up their Nationwide Conference promotion push tomorrow when they go on a revenge mission against relegation-threatened Telford United at Aggborough (3.0).

Harriers have already lost twice to Telford this season and manager Jan Molby is determined that his side turn the tables in what he predicts will be a difficult match.

"We are definitely up for this one," said the Aggborough chief to-day.

Telford beat Harriers 3-2 at home in the Conference on November 6 and 21 days later triumphed 4-2 in the FA Umbro Trophy at Aggborough.

The Shropshire outfit, however, are now battling for every point after sinking to fourth from bottom in the table.

Molby said: "They had a very disappointing defeat at home against Northwich last Saturday. It's where they expected to get points because they are very powerful at home.

"They are in the semi-final of the Trophy and with a chance of going to Wembley which may have affected their league form slightly. But it will be a very difficult game for us.

Assistant manager Gary Barnett said: "Telford have signed a few new players and they will be trying to impress the manager Jake King.

"We have played them twice and have beaten us fair and square.

"We haven't played well against them, but it's what we do tomorrow that counts.

"Let's hope we learned enough from those two matches to put things right."

Kidderminster, five points clear of second-placed Rushden & Diamonds who have two matches in hand, have named the same squad which was selected for last Saturday's 2-1 victory at Welling United.

Front-runner Mark Druce is still suffering from a thigh strain while midfielder Thomas Skovbjerg is now back home in Denmark after having had the first of his two operations on his damaged knee.

He is set to be out for at least eight months.

Kidderminster go into tomorrow's clash unbeaten in their last 13 home league matches, a run which includes 11 victories.

A crowd of around 3,500 is expected.

Struggling Telford, just two points clear of the relegation area, have yet to win an away league match this season.

On their travels they have lost nine and drawn five.
