THE top two sides in National League Division One will come head to head after Worcester and Moseley were handed a mouth-watering Tetley Bitter Cup tie.

The third round clash, on October 21, will see leaders Worcester travel to Moseley's new ground at Birmingham University in the tie of the round.

Sixways' director of coaching Adrian Skeggs said the match had the potential to be a classic.

He said: "They are going well at the moment and are up there with us at present. The horrible thing is that we have to go to their place twice now!

"However, it is a good challenge for our side and it will be nice to go there and beat them twice before getting them back to Sixways."

Meanwhile, Skeggs has been dealt another injury blow ahead of Saturday's Sixways clash with Bedford.

Flanker Brett Scriven injured knee ligaments during last night's Warriors match and will be out of action for at least a month. Richard Denhardt also picked up a knee injury during the Warriors' 26-14 home win over Newport but should be fit for Saturday.

Tony Yapp, Chris Hall and Spencer Bromley all bagged tries while Yapp also kicked three conversions. Worcester added a penalty try in atrocious conditions.

Mathew Watkins and Joe Powell scored tries for the visitors while Scott Mitchell notched two conversions.
