JAN Molby's healthy progress at Aggborough since taking over the reigns at Kidderminster Harriers has started catching the eye of other clubs.
Only recently he was linked with a managerial vacancy at Nationwide Division Two side Oxford United.
But, Harriers followers need not worry, the Great Dane has no intention of leaving.
He's loving every minute of it and is more determined than ever to help Harriers achieve their goal -- a place in the Nationwide League.
And he firmly believes the ambitious Aggborough outfit have as good a chance as anybody to turn their dream into a reality.
A link with Oxford first surfaced on the Manor Ground club's website, but former Liverpool ace Molby quickly put it down to the frenzy of speculation which surrounds a managerial vacancy.
He said: "I think websites are great for rumour and that's all it was. They were probably linking everybody with the vacancy.
"But I have signed a two year contract with Kidderminster and I'm there certainly for at least two years. What does on after that I don't know.
"Football League status for Kidderminster Harroiers Football Club is my ultimate aim. That's why the chairman brought me down there -- to try to get the club into the league. That is our first aim."
Molby recalls being linked with a number of managerial vacancies while he was in charge at Swansea City.
"Sometimes when you aren't at work you don't get linked with any jobs, but once you are in a job you seem to get linked with everything..
"But I've no intention of leaving. I'm really enjoying myself."
Molby admits he has been "slightly surprised" by the strength of the Nationwide Conference, but has been generally happy with the way the squad have steadily improved after an unspectacular start to the season.
He is particularly encouraged by the side's defensive record, but feels there is still a lot more progress to be made.
This was highlighted in last Saturday's disappointing 3-2 defeat against local rivals Telford United at the Bucks Head.
"I want us to go out and express ourselves a little but more. You have only got to look at the quality we have got in the side to know we can do that," he said.
