FOUR houses could be built on the site of a former industrial unit at Tunnel Hill, Upton-upon-Severn, if a planning application is approved tomorrow.
Permission has already been granted for three houses on the site and a previous plan for four houses was turned down on appeal.
However, Malvern Hills planning officers say the appeal failed because of the relationship of the proposed houses to those nearby.
In this case, the extra house would have no more impact on neighbouring properties than those already approved.
They are recommending that the plans are approved by the northern area planning committee, which meets tomorrow night.
