FADING play-off hopefuls Kidderminster Harriers visit the last chance saloon tonight when they take on Rochdale in a Nationwide League Division Three clash at Spotland (7.45).
Defeat would virtually kiss goodbye to Harriers' bid to finish the season in the play-off zone.
Kidderminster have lost three and drawn three of their last six matches and will arrive at Spotland tonight in 12th place in the table, six points away from a top seven slot.
After tonight Aggborough boss Ian Britton's men will have just four matches left to play - at home to Wrexham and Bristol Rovers and away to York City and Hull City.
Although Saturday's 2-1 defeat against Oxford United at the Kassam Stadium was a damaging setback to Harriers play-off bid, on-loan midfielder John Melligan is still hoping for the best.
He said: "I think Saturday's result has probably killed us off but while there still is a chance of catching up, we won't be giving up I can promise you that."
Harriers have been undone by defensive mistakes in recent games and Britton is hoping for a tighter display.
He said: "As with any successful side, you build from the back. We've shown that we can play and I've told the players just to go for it now."
Tonight will be 20-goal leading scorer Bo Henriksen's last appearance before he serves a two-match suspension which he received after picking up his tenth booking of the season during the recent 2-2 home draw with table-topping Hartlepool United.
He and fellow striker Andy Bishop have both been declared fit after sustaining minor knocks, while young defender Lee Ayres is back in light training after suffering a gashed ankle in last month's 1-0 defeat at Lincoln City.
Ayres will not feature in tonight's game but could be available again for selection next week.
Harriers, who last tasted victory on March 15 when they won 2-0 at Cambridge United, drew 0-0 with Rochdale at Aggborough earlier in the season.
FORMCAST: Harriers to battle out a 1-1 draw.
