COUNTRYSIDE homes are being sought for two feral cats.
The cats, Jake and Peter, were taken to the RSPCA's Malvern and Worcester branch after their home, outhouses in Upton-upon-Severn, were demolished.
Jake is black and long-haired, while Peter is ginger and short-haired. They are homeless and currently living in a cat pen together.
RSPCA spokesman Geraldine Haynes said: "They are not happy being penned in, but we have nowhere for them to be placed. They both originally came from the Upton area, but the lady who was feeding them died and the outbuildings where they lived have been demolished."
She said a quiet, rural home with outbuildings would be perfect for the cats.
"Ideally we would like them to be rehomed together as they are great mates," she said.
"They are fit and healthy young boys, who have been neutered and vaccinated."
Anyone interested should call branch secretary Pam Booker on 01905 841354.
