DEAR EDITOR -- In reply to Mr David MacFarlane's recent letter of concern about the free light bulbs, I would like to reassure everyone that all our volunteers sign a confidentiality agreement and no rules have been broken.
The contract with the supplying organisation requires members of the public to have proof of benefits to qualify for free energy-saving light bulbs, which are supplied by npower.
I am sure honest people do not mind proving they are on benefits.
I would like to thank Mr David MacFarlane for the extra publicity that his letter has brought to the Wychavon Tenants Association as it has helped to further our project.
We still have a supply of free bulbs available to those on benefits, please call into our office on Queen Street, Droitwich, to collect your free bulbs.
Jeanette Weir,
Co-ordinator,
Wychavon Tenants Association
Droitwich Spa and Rural.
