NEW African Wild Dogs are now on safari in the heart of rural Worcestershire.

The dogs are the latest addition to the attractions at the West Midland Safari and Leisure Park near Bewdley.

The park, which covers an area of almost 200 acres and is the perfect place to spend the day with your family, really has plenty to see and do.

There's over 800 animal encounters, so a visit is sure to excite and inspire children and adults alike.

Not only do visitors have the opportunity to come face to face with many wild animals in the four mile long safari, but also see many animals, which are classified endangered, vulnerable and even extinct in the wild.

Incorporated into the Animal Reserves is the brand new African Wild Dogs Exhibit; a drive-through tiger reserve which is home to rare and beautiful White Tigers, as well as an African Elephant Reserve.

So you'll certainly feel 'on Safari' when you see lion, rhino - including two youngsters - as well as giraffe, wolf, wallaby and others.

, Emu, Ostrich, New Water Buffalo, New Banteng (Indian Cow), New Black Buck (Indian Antelope) and all kinds of deer - many just roaming freely - from the safety of your vehicle. And the fun doesn't stop there! In addition, attractions to explore on foot include Explorers Trail and Pets Corner. There's a Seal Aquarium and Reptile Encounters too. The reptile house is one surely not to be missed - you'll see all kings of snakes and reptiles from all over the globe. The Sealion Theatre, which has several performances daily, must be on your 'list of things to see'. Watch South African Fur Seals perform their very latest antics in this 15-minute show. Furthermore, the Creepy Crawlies Exhibit is sure to send shivers down the spine! And, see the breath-taking world of underwater wildlife in the new Sequarium exhibit.
