YOUNG cyclists are being called on to help raise money for the Leukaemia Research Fund by getting on their bikes.
The junior Blue Peter bikeathon is being held on Sunday, May 4, in Sanders Park, Bromsgrove
Every participant will receive a Blue Peter cloth badge for finishing the ride.
There are four junior bikeathons being held this year and for the first time one will be held in Droitwich.
Last year the Bromsgrove, Stourbridge and Redditch bikeathons raised £15,000.
The annual big bikeathon is taking place on Sunday, September 14, at Mere Hall in Hanbury. There has been a change of the planned course this year to liven up the ride for all the regular participants.
