Fears of attacks in Britain have heightened since the coalition forces invasion of Iraq and Quality Training Alliance has seized the opportunity to update its one day course 'Bomb Threats - Reducing the Risk'.
Mail handling, telephone bomb warnings, searching procedures, device types and latest Home Office information are among topics covered.
Classes are suitable for a range of employee including post room workers, administrators and security officers.
