VISITORS to Wychavon District Council's Pershore headquarters will receive a colourful welcome when they step through the doors.
An 18ft-long collage made by pupils from across the district takes centre stage in the Civic Centre.
The artwork tells the Hindu story of Ramayan and the battle between good and evil.
It was produced at the Littletons First School on Farm Lane, Evesham, with children from other schools visiting to add to the work.
The pupils at Littetons also spent time learning about different cultures and religions.
"In Worcestershire there is little ethnic diversity and these workshops have given the children the chance to experience cultural and religious differences," said Marissa Knight, a teaching assistant at the school.
