PARISH COUNCIL: Bypass: Cllr J Timms had drafted a statement regarding the possible closure of the road to the village for presentation to the public inquiry which would be circulated to all councillors for their comments.
Simms and Woods: Wychavon will not take any action until July or August when it will be obvious if they are planning to move.
Smith's Meadow and Village Green: Thanks to Mr and Mrs Cook who had given some bulbs which they had planted on the village green with Cllr Mrs P Swanborough.
County Council Tax: This will be raised by 12.97% to fund a 9% increase in budget.
Youth Forum: The group had met to decide how best to go ahead. There had not been much interest from Wyre Piddle. There was a desire for some form of youth group. A leader is now required and anyone who is qualified can apply.
The archaeological group was asking people to dig in their gardens and any pots they find to take to Pinvin on May 31.
The next meeting is tonight at 7.30pm.
