GOLF: The sporting trip of a lifetime awaits Kidderminster's Nigel Middleton and Little Lakes professional Russell Adams if they can progress in The Lombard Trophy.
An all expenses-paid luxury trip to San Lorenzo, Portugal, from September 5 until 9 awaits 16 regional winners .
Middleton, a service engineer, has been playing golf for four years and now plays off a handicap of 15.
He won the club qualifying competition with a nett score of 63.
Adams has been the club professional at the Bewdley club for 10 years and has represented Worcestershire in tournaments.
The pair have now advanced to the regional final on May 28 at Whittington Heath Golf Club.
