A successful jumble sale was held in March. Several new members attended the meeting.
Daphne Thompson reported on the council meeting in Malvern, which she and Gill Munslow attended, where Graham Walton had given an account of life with his sextuplet daughters.
Angie McCarthy, Beryl Evans and Olive Broadfield entertained with cookery demonstrations ranging from a microwaved fruit cake to pastry-free sausage rolls and home-baked pizzas.
Some unusual cooking utensils were demonstrated, including an orange peeler and a breadcrumb scraper.
Resolutions will be discussed at the next meeting, on May 13 in St Cecilia's Church Hall, Hoo Road, Kidderminster. Members are asked to take items for the trading table.
