ARTISTS from around the country have been invited to exhibit in a celebration of spring at the Foal Yard Gallery.
Living Colour opens at the Bransford venue tomorrow (Saturday) and runs until Saturday, May 31.
The exhibition includes ceramics, glass and textiles as well as paintings and drawings inspired by the richness and variety to be found in nature.
Gallery owner Jeremy Cornwell said: "Spring is the season of new growth and as the days grow longer and warmer, most of us experience an increasing sense of optimism and enthusiasm - we've tried to illustrate that feeling in this exhibition."
Artists taking part include Janice Tchalenko, Petra Tilly and Avis Murray, top designers for Dartington Pottery, and there are also batik panels from Jo Whiteland, contemporary mouth blown glass by Siddy Langley and intricate embroidered and appliqued pieces from Jacqueline Ingles and Debbie Bird.
Local artists include Claire Harrison from Worcester with mixed media paintings and Vanessa Pomeroy from Eaton Bishop, Hereford with dry point etchings.
The gallery is open from 9am to 5pm, Monday to Saturday, and for further details ring 01886 833337.
