PLANNING permission for two more buildings at Warwick House has been delayed because of concerns over the loss of the view of the Severn Plain.
At a meeting of Malvern Hills District Council's southern area planning sub-committee on Wednesday, members voted to defer a decision in order to have a site meeting.
There was concern the construction of two town house units at the Wells Road site would obscure the picturesque view enjoyed by Rose Bank Gardens on the other side of the road.
As the meeting was the last before local council elections on May 1, officers will brief the next elected council on the issues before the site meeting takes place.
