VISITORS to a museum in Worcestershire can now receive expert advice about how to properly care for donkeys from three members of staff.
Jackie Crick, Sue Hadley and Gemma Baker from the Avoncroft Museum of Historic Buildings in Bromsgrove have achieved certificates in basic donkey care accredited by the Donkey Sanctuary.
The museum's donkeys, Sam and CoCo, are currently looked after by Julie Penn, who already has the qualification, and is the wife of the museums director Simon Penn.
"Avoncroft must have a higher number of staff trained in donkey care than any other museum in the country," said Mr Penn.
