TONY Windo had mixed emotions on Saturday after being named Worcester Rugby Club's player of the season.
The Sixways supporters voted the prop as their top man this season and he was presented with the trophy by bars manager Denis Maughan following the 17-6 win over Birmingham-Solihull.
It was a sweet moment for the 33-year-old following a bitter one minutes earlier when he was shown a red card by French exchange referee Eric Gauzins for his involvement in a fracas late on in the National One clash.
Windo has been a model of consistency this season, playing every league game and making Saturday's match his 38th successive National League Division One appearance.
