STEVE Frost's injury-time goal for Bromsgrove Rovers secured maximum points in a 2-1 win over Rocester to assist the Greens' relegation battle in the Dr Martens League Western Division.
Martin Ridley had given the visitors a fourth minute lead, capitalising on slack defending.
Ridley went close on eight minutes and Rovers were thankful to resolute defending from skipper Quentin Townesend following a ser-ies of corners.
The home team threatened briefly at the end of the half, Dean Wright pulling the best chance wide of the post.
Lee Hughes equalised from the penalty spot two minutes into the second period after Mick Ede had brought down Richard Burgess.
Wright misssed two great opportunities to give the Greens the lead, while at the other end Rocester substitute Richard Askey saw his piercing low cross just whistle in front of Andy Bourne.
The home team stepped up the pressure as the clock ticked down and were re-warded for their endeavours when Frost blasted the ball home from an acute angle to send the home supporters into ecstasy.
