THERE'S far more than Worcestershire pride at stake when Bromsgrove Rovers entertain Evesham United in the Dr Martens League Western Division tomorrow (3pm).
Rovers will be going all out to ease their relegation fears, while Evesham hope to strengthen their bid for second spot even though they've opted not to go for promotion.
The sides drew 3-3 at Common Road on New Year's Day and Rovers have made a habit of doing well against the top sides this season.
Director of football Steve Daniels said: "Evesham are a good side and Phil Mullen has done a pretty good job there.
"It is a game we are looking forward to. We have to be positive and we have to make sure we get something out of the game."
Evesham boss Mullen, who had a spell in charge of Rovers in the early 1990s, said : "They seem to be a bit hit-and-miss -- they get some good results and then go back to square one.
"But they've brought in a lot of new faces and are trying to turn things round, and it looks as though they are on the right tracks. We have to take every game on its merits and expect a difficult game."
Rovers' only doubt is midfielder Tim Nicholls, who was unable to train this week owing to 'flu. The Robins are without defender Jay Powell following an operation on his hand.
