BROMSGROVE Rovers will be hoping to avoid their first losing 'double' of the season when they visit Rugby United in the Dr Martens Western Division tomorrow (3.00).
The sides met at the Victoria Ground on the opening day of the season and Rovers were beaten 3-1.
Manager George Rooney has strengthened his side with the signings of attacking players Ryan Gunn and Daniel Neilson from Birmingham University and he is also hoping to secure the services of a striker from an unnamed Dr Martens Premier Division Club and a central def-ender in the next week to boost his ailing squad.
Marc Burrow is approaching full fitness while Ian Cooksey could be out for the season as he re-quires surgery on a knee injury picked up earlier in the season.
Quentin Townsend and Craig Poutney are rated as doubtful for the Rugby game after injuries picked up in the 3-0 defeat against Solihull Borough but Steve Ulfig and Scott Gennard should be available as will Nore Gabbidon who has completed a one match suspension.
Rovers: Davies, Gabbidon, S Frost, Ulfig, Cameron, Turpin, Benbow, Biddle, Gennard, Jameson, J Rogers, Broad-hurst, J Beard, Gunn, Neilson, Townsend, Pountney.
