CHRISTIANS have learned a thing or two about wars over the last two millennia.
As for this being a Christian state, that's not true and it never has been anywhere near 100 per cent and it never will be now.
Paganism, the oldest religion practised here originally, is rightly referred to be scholars as simply the Old Religion.
If people from other imported faiths want to practice their newer religions, that's fine by me, but these newer religions should not take priority.
As a fully initiated Pagan priest, I believe the peddlers of these newer religions should show more respect for the original Pagans still here happily practising.
As for the war in Iraq, I am glad our boys and girls are about to finish and come home. Well, most of them, thankfully.
Goddess bless those who did not.
I am not pro or anti war. Each case should be judged carefully and if possible, it should be avoided at all costs.
I am concerned also about the damage caused to Babylon, destroying much of the truth of how advanced the world was 10 thousand years ago and before that even.
Being of the Old Religion, my position is equal to any other religion's clergy and my key word for you all is 'respect'.
So please show some respect and do not refer to these isles as Christian again, thank you very much. I find it most insulting.
