LACK of interest in the carnival queen competition has forced organisers to allow under 16's to vie for the crown.
Just one woman has entered since the Droitwich Spa Advertiser launched the search.
Two heats are planned in coming months and a telephone hotline may allow readers to vote for their favourites.
Interested folk should send a photo, plus their name, address, age and details of their job and hobbies to the Droitwich Spa Advertiser, 12a High Street, Droitwich Spa, Worcestershire WR9 8EW.
