Clee Hill United Res 2 Dudley Wood 2
CLEE Hill United Reserves shared the spoils with high-flying Dudley in this very entertaining Kidderminster League Division 1 encounter.
Tim Evans opened the scoring for the Hill with a low drive that took the slightest of deflections to wrong-foot the visiting goalkeeper.
Craig Tommy got in front of his marker to clip home a right wing cross and put the Hill two clear at the break.
It was certainly a tale of two halves as Dudley gradually got on top.
They went close to reducing the deficit when a shot squirmed under goalkeeper Paul Jones but rebounded off a post into his arms.
Minutes later the visiting striker made amends when he found the target with a low drive.
As time ran out the Hill had a penalty turned down and the play switched to the other end where Dudley forced home a late equaliser to share the points.
