SHIPSTON Excelsior put their Stratford Alliance struggles behind them when they reached the final of the Edwards of Stratford Knockout Cup.
Goals from Ben Vincent and Chris French helped overcome Journal Premier Division rivals by the odd goal of three - the same scoreline that saw Badsey Rangers see off the challenge of Needlemakers in Saturday's other semi-final.
Rangers, though, slipped five points behind top flight leaders Campden Town after goals from Rich Lewis and Duncan Beale accounted for Railway.
The day's other Premier Division game brought a 3-1 win for Badsey United at Henley Forest.
Dean Williams notched a double for United's second string but goals from Chris Valentine and Tom Moore earned fellow Herald Division One strugglers Quinton a point.
The bottom four sides all faced each other and all picked up a point after FISSC Reserves and Alcester Lions shared six goals.
The leading pair, Sportsmans Arms and Stratford Spartak, both scored three goals in victories over Ilmington Revolution and Tysoe United respectively.
Daryl Power hit a hat-trick for Spartak, a tally matched by Blockley's Paul Keyte, whose treble and two from Roy Dyer helped the Sparmoor men to a 5-2 win at Henley.
