I work voluntarily for a local charitable organisation and spend a considerable amount of my time providing advice to the elderly in the Offmore Farm area.
I am chairman of the Tenants' Consultative Committee for Offmore and Comberton.
As the Conservative candidate, I fully support the Conservative manifesto commitment to continue to support the re-instatement of Accident and Emergency services at Kidderminster Hospital.
The Health Concern Group on the district council has wasted four years and achieved no change in the health service provision in the area, with no power at local level to influence change and no party muscle nationally.
I applaud the Conservative group's amendments to the district council's budget that were accepted by the controlling group.
I was equally astonished at the Liberal and Labour parties' opposition and their amendment that would have raided the council's reserves of £336,840.
