Bill is standing for the first time for election to Wyre Forest District Council. He runs a local joinery business employing 12 people. He has been actively involved with community issues, especially recognising the need for traffic calming improvements along Walter Nash Road to help improve the route to school for many local children.
He also wants to see an improved road junction at Foley Park to help alleviate the daily gridlock between the traffic lights and Sutton Park Road.
Bill has met the children at Birchen Coppice First School to listen to their fears and wishes for safety measures to be implemented.
If elected, he will be a valuable asset to the district Conservative group, with his knowledge from the private sector.
He fully supports the Conservative group's manifesto commitment to play an active part in bringing a cinema to Kidderminster.
He will also campaign for reduced annual increases in Council Tax.
