YOUNGSTERS from Pershore Tennis Club spent a day packing shopping bags at the Safeway Supermarket in Evesham.
They were there last Thursday to raise money towards a practice wall at the club and collected £506.
Junior organiser for the club Julie Johnson said: "The children were wonderful. We had 20 of our junior members taking part, the youngest was only five years old and the eldest 19."
After their marathon pack, the juniors had a barbecue at the home of Mrs Johnson.
An Open Day is being held at the club behind Pershore College on Sunday to which all are welcome.
It will include free coaching, a ball machine, service speed gun, a demonstration by juniors aged from five to 17 and a tournament for people to join in.
The day will be rounded off with a barbecue.
