POLICE are urging witnesses to a fight in Upton to come forward. Officers were alerted to a fracas outside the Star Hotel just after 10pm last Friday (April 18). Although officers attended the scene within three minutes, the offenders had fled. PC Danian Lowe believes that other witnesses present could provide vital information and is urging them to come forward.
