THE final Worcestershire Cricket Society event of the winter takes place on Tuesday, March 11, when the speaker will be Steve Rhodes, Worcestershire's former England wicketkeeper.
In a career for Worcestershire covering 18 seasons to date, Rhodes has given exemplary service both on and off the field.
He is the leading wicket-taker in one-day league cricket and second only to Jack Russell of current keeper's for first-class dismissals.
The event starts at 7.30 pm and is held in the Cricket Suite of Worcestershire CCC's Ground, New Road, Worcester.
Admission is free to members: £2.50 to non-Society members.
