Studley FC tenants Redditch United Women held a strong Ross team to a surprise 1-1 draw.
Considering the hosts were down to their last 11 players and had to hand an inspired Sam Tayler the keeper's gloves, Auld will have left the game happy.
United have two outstanding fixtures and are set to try again at Southam tomorrow night (ko 7.45pm).
Their Southam Invitational Cup tie against the hosts will double as a league fixture at 90 minutes. Last week's attempt was postponed because of a dangerously hard surface. And United finish with a home game against Fairfield Villa.
The final fixture is pencilled in for Sunday (ko 2pm) but manager Steve Tayler is considering asking for a postponement after three withdrawals on top of the handful missing at the weekend.
