Kings Norton are set to announce a £4,000 profit after a £2,700 deficit three seasons ago.
A deal struck to rent part of the club car park to Severn Trent for sewage works in Hopwood is a major factor and three football clubs and Redditch Arrows American Football team have put the Ash Lane side in the black.
A fourth pitch is being prepared for use in September and the ambitious club are teaming up with nearby Colmers Farm School to establish a junior section.
Pete May's Invitation sevens competition kicks off at Ash Lane at 12.30pm on Saturday as the Club celebrates its 80th anniversary with an end-of-season dinner on May 9 at Abbey Hotel and Golf Club preceded by a golf tournament.
Broadcaster and comedian Don Maclean, who played for Kings Norton in the 1960s will be guest speaker.
