REDDITCH Fire Brigade will be one of the first crews in the country to be equipped with one of the latest thermal imaging cameras.
Nearly £6,000 has been spent on the 13 new Argus 3 thermal imagers by Hereford and Worcester Fire Brigade, ensuring each fire station has access to one of the cameras.
The new cameras can locate the spread of fire, detect and display the relative temperatures of objects and improve safety for firefighters.
