DISAPPOINTED keeper Stuart Brock said he hoped fans would remember Kidderminster Harriers' good season, rather than the 4-1 defeat at Hull on Saturday.

But the 26-year-old realises the individual mistakes that have cost Harriers in their play-off chase need to be cut out.

Brock said: "As long as people don't just remember this game. We were one of the favourites to go down but we've had a good season.

"It could have been better but for individual errors. There have been plenty of highs and lows and I suppose expectation has grown as we have progressed.

"In a way we have to be happy with the season but at the same time it's disappointing as the errors have cost us a lot of goals.

"Sometimes people look at results and judge the keeper by how many goals you have let in. But I don't think that has really represented how I've played.

"We've been giving goals away all season and it's got to stop. Whether the gaffer makes changes in the summer, we shall have to wait and see."

Brock has been delighted to regain his first-team place from the departed Fraser Digby.

But he admitted: "I think there were 11 bad performances at Hull, apart from Danny Williams in the second half when he came to centre-half and was our best player."
