A CASTLEMORTON pensioner faces trial after being accused of breaching orders made by Worcester Crown Court and South Worcestershire magistrates.
Richard Dawe, 69, of Hollybed Street, Castlemorton, denied four charges of breaching anti-social behaviour orders by conduct likely to cause distress, alarm or harassment. He also denied common assault on neighbour Mrs Janet Schooling, when he appeared at Worcester Crown Court this week.
Judge Michael Mott granted him bail before a three-day trial at a date to be fixed.
